AI Movie & Reel Services - If you have ever seen a real-estate movie showcasing a property, you will notice the interiors look good, but the windows are “blown out”, over-exposed and too bright.  That is why many real estate videos are filmed in the evening hours to prevent this.  The reason for this is even the most current video cameras cannot perform HDR or high dynamic range photography in-camera to keep up with the 30 or 60 frames per second the scene is filmed in.

Using the Pro HDR photographs we take of your property during the daytime, we are able to put these photographs into special software to create an AI or Artificial Intelligence movie (horizontal format, perfect for Facebook, YouTube or for your/your brokerage’s website) or reel (vertical format, perfect for Instagram or TikTok).  These are not your average (720p or 1280x720 pixels) or mid-range AI movies (1080p or 1920x1080 pixels) that you see all over the internet.  No, these movies and reels are output in 4K format (3840x2160 pixels) so they are sharp and detailed.  The movies and reels are so realistic, you will think they are filmed the conventional way.  Shadows move and reflect the proper way, views from outside the windows move and pan properly.  Moving fires can be added to fireplaces.  Flowers, foliage and pool waters move slightly just like they would in person if a breeze or wind were present.
