The main difference between a Zillow 3D Tour and a Matterport 360° tour is the tools that come with each.  Zillow does not have the ability to de-furnish or show measurements while in a room.  While the app does track dimensions, those are only applicable in the floor plans that come with the 3D tour.        

In many cases, Zillow 3D Tours do not have as many scan points due to the way the software works.  If you are maximizing the exposure of a property, professional HDR photos, a Matterport 360° tour and a Zillow 3D Tour (as an Add-On Service) is the way to go so your property is able to be displayed at its best no matter if your buyer or agent is on Realtor.com or Zillow.com.

Important and not public knowledge – Zillow 3D Tours, when linked in the “Virtual Tour” field of the MLS will allow your property to receive “priority” above other listings on Zillow where only photos are displayed.  It is the difference between your property appearing on the first couple of pages or on the last pages.
