HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography is a technique that captures a broader range of light and detail than a camera sensor can typically record in a single shot. Using advanced software, HDR enhances even the capabilities of the most expensive DSLR cameras.

When taking your own photos—whether with a phone or DSLR—you often encounter two common issues:

  • The interior looks well-lit, but the windows appear overexposed, making it impossible to see outside, as shown in the picture below.  You can click on the picture to make it full-screen.

  • The windows are properly exposed, but the interior becomes too dark, as shown in the picture below.  You can click on the picture to make it full-screen.

We use a solution called bracketed photography, where multiple images of the same scene are captured at different exposures. These images are then merged, retaining the best elements of each exposure to produce a single, perfectly balanced photograph where both interior and exterior details are visible and colors are accurately rendered. Most companies stop at this stage, but we go further. We refine every detail in the image—enhancing the grain in wood floors, sharpening textures, and ensuring window views are as clear as possible—producing exceptional, professional results, as shown in the picture below.  You can click on the picture to make it full-screen.

Another very important fact is most companies will limit how many pictures they take of a property and if you want more, they "nickel and dime" you by charging you for each additional picture.  Rest assured, we don't do that.  We take as many pictures as is required to fully capture the property and/or the business.
