Please note that this add-on service is only applicable if you ordered the Pro HDR Photography and Matterport 360° Tour package.  The spatial data taken directly from the 360 scans of the Matterport tour are used to produce the floor plan schematics.  Accuracy is within 1-2%.  These floor plans can be delivered in multiple formats and can be included with the pictures you upload to the MLS to give potential buyers a very good idea of the dimensions of the rooms throughout the property.
